  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the veggies and sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the vegetables until well coated.
  5. Thread the vegetables onto skewers.
  6. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use any vegetables you like.
