- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into fries
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini fry in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated zucchini fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- For extra crunch, spray fries with a little cooking oil before air frying.
- You can use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
