A hearty casserole perfect for Sunday meals.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 cups hash browns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
- Add the cooked beef mixture to the bowl and stir well.
- Layer half of the hash browns in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the beef mixture over the hash browns.
- Add the remaining hash browns on top.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey for ground beef.
- Use fresh vegetables if preferred.
