- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked noodles, beef mixture, soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
