Ingrédients

- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup black olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
- 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup sliced salami
- 1/4 cup diced roasted red peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the mixed greens in a large bowl.
- Add cherry tomatoes, olives, pepperoncini, mozzarella, salami, and roasted red peppers.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
