- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of crackers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, green onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
- Serve with crackers.
