- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked turkey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Add green onions, bell pepper, turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a ball or shape it into a log.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with crackers.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- This can be made a day in advance.
- Serve with a variety of crackers for more options.
