Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the apple butter and sugar, mixing until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Add vanilla extract and cinnamon, then mix well.
- Fold in the sour cream until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
