Delicious apple cider cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add butter and apple cider, then mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Spread brown sugar and cinnamon mixture on the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
