Description
A sweet and spiced bread filled with apples and cinnamon.
Ingrédients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet of active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups diced apples
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until dough forms.
- Knead dough for 5-10 minutes. Let rise for 1 hour.
- In a separate bowl, mix apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla.
- Roll out the dough and spread the apple mixture on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and shape into a loaf.
- Place in a greased loaf pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use tart apples for best flavor.
- Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Great served warm with butter.
