Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, applesauce, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add chopped apples and nuts, and stir well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before cutting into bars.

- These bars can be frozen for later use.
