Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk.
- Add the diced apple, cinnamon, and honey or maple syrup.
- If using, stir in the yogurt and chopped nuts.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy cold or heat in the microwave.
