Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in cream cheese and diced apples.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, and nuts for the topping.
  8. Sprinkle the topping over the batter.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool before slicing.
