Ingrédients

- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups sliced apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla; blend well.
- In another bowl, toss apples with lemon juice.
- Spread cheesecake batter in a greased pan.
- Layer apples over the cheesecake batter.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter.
- Sprinkle oat mixture over apples.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use tart apples for better flavor.
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
