A delicious apple crumb slab pie perfect for gatherings.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and sugars to form a crumb mixture.
- Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
- In another bowl, combine sliced apples, lemon juice, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon.
- Spread the apple mixture over the crust.
- Top with the remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use a mix of sweet and tart apples for best flavor.
