  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 cups sliced apples

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and sugars to form a crumb mixture.
  3. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
  4. In another bowl, combine sliced apples, lemon juice, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Spread the apple mixture over the crust.
  6. Top with the remaining crumb mixture.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
