Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in milk until just combined.
  5. In another bowl, mix apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  7. Place apple filling on half of the circles and fold over.
  8. Seal the edges with a fork.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
