A delicious combination of apple pie and cheesecake in bite-sized portions.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup apple pie filling
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Add apple pie filling on top.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
