Ingrédients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until apples are tender.
  4. Place a portion of the apple mixture on each tortilla and roll them up.
  5. Line a baking dish with the enchiladas.
