Delicious apple pie enchiladas wrapped in tortillas and baked to perfection.
Ingrédients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 3 cups diced apples
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until apples are tender.
- Place a portion of the apple mixture on each tortilla and roll them up.
- Line a baking dish with the enchiladas.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve with whipped cream.

- Use any type of apple you prefer.
- Adjust sugar based on apple sweetness.
