Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and eggs.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in apples and pecans.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and cream over medium heat, stirring until dissolved.
- Drizzle the praline mixture over the batter.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
