Description
A flavorful dish of noodles tossed in a sesame sauce with fresh vegetables.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz spaghetti or noodles
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss to combine.
- Stir in green onions, carrots, and bell pepper.
- Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like cucumbers or broccoli.
- This dish can be served cold or warm.
