Description

Ingrédients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or noodles
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss to combine.
  4. Stir in green onions, carrots, and bell pepper.
  5. Serve garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like cucumbers or broccoli.
