- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add diced vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Fluff rice with a fork and add to the skillet.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Feel free to add proteins like chicken or tofu for a complete meal.
- Adjust the soy sauce to taste for saltiness.
