Instructions

  1. Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until water runs clear.
  2. In a pot, combine rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add diced vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Fluff rice with a fork and add to the skillet.
  8. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well.
  9. Garnish with green onions before serving.
