Description
A fusion dish combining traditional Thanksgiving flavors with Asian influences.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the rice.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18 minutes.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ginger, carrots, green beans, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and cooked rice. Mix well.
- Garnish with scallions and cilantro before serving.

- Customize vegetables based on preference.
