Ingrédients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the rice.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18 minutes.
  4. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  5. Add ginger, carrots, green beans, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce and cooked rice. Mix well.
  7. Garnish with scallions and cilantro before serving.
