  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef and pork.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, soaked bread, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small patties.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Add patties and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve hot.
