Description
Authentic German frikadellen are savory meatballs made from ground meat and spices.
Ingrédients

- 500g ground beef
- 250g ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 slices of bread, soaked in milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef and pork.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, soaked bread, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add patties and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with potatoes or a salad.
- You can also add mustard for extra flavor.
