Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef and pork.

- Form the mixture into balls or patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the frikadellen for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with sides of your choice.
