Ingrédients

- 400g spaghetti
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add marinara sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Mix in the marinara sauce until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- You can use ground meat for added protein.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
