Ingrédients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add marinara sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Mix in the marinara sauce until well combined.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • You can use ground meat for added protein.
