Description
Authentic tom kha gai soup is a Thai coconut soup made with chicken, mushrooms, and aromatic herbs.

- 2–3 Thai bird’s eye chilies, smashed
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, combine coconut milk and chicken broth.
- Add lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal.
- Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken and mushrooms, cook until chicken is done.
- Stir in fish sauce and lime juice.
- Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro.
