Description
Authentic Tom Kha Gai Soup is a traditional Thai coconut chicken soup.
Ingrédients

- 400g chicken breast, sliced
- 400ml coconut milk
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 stalks lemongrass, chopped
- 5–6 kaffir lime leaves
- 3–4 slices galangal
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 2–3 Thai chilies, smashed
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, combine coconut milk and chicken broth.
- Add lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
- Add mushrooms and chilies; cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in fish sauce and lime juice.
- Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro.

- Adjust fish sauce and lime juice to taste.
- Use fresh ingredients for best flavor.
- Serve hot with rice.
