- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Irish whiskey and heavy cream.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour into a bottle and refrigerate.
