Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, Baileys, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add crushed graham crackers and mix until well combined.
- Chill mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder or chocolate chips.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
