Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir well.
- Warm tortillas in a microwave for 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture and some cheese on each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Spray with cooking spray for a crisp finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
