- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, mixed vegetables, and seasonings.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the chicken with turkey or a plant-based alternative.
