Description
Baked chicken chimichangas are crispy, flavorful tortillas filled with seasoned chicken and cheese.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, refried beans, cheese, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place a portion of the filling on each tortilla.
- Fold the sides and roll the tortilla tightly.
- Brush each chimichanga with olive oil.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
