Description

Baked chicken chimichangas are crispy, flavorful tortillas filled with seasoned chicken and cheese.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, refried beans, cheese, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place a portion of the filling on each tortilla.
  4. Fold the sides and roll the tortilla tightly.
  5. Brush each chimichanga with olive oil.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
