- 2 cups alfredo sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

- Serve meatballs topped with spinach alfredo sauce.
