Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the potato slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
