Ingrédients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add oats, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas.
  4. Stir until well combined. Add nuts if using.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Spread evenly and press down.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool, then cut into bars.
