Description
Healthy and easy banana oat breakfast bars.
Ingrédients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add oats, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas.
- Stir until well combined. Add nuts if using.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Spread evenly and press down.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool, then cut into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for later use.
- Substitute almond butter with peanut butter if preferred.
