A healthy and delicious recipe for banana oatmeal high protein breakfast cookies.
Ingrédients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add rolled oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the mashed bananas.
- Mix until well combined.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
- You can substitute almond butter with peanut butter.
- Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
