- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add oats, flour, milk, honey, and egg. Mix well.
- Stir in baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Fill muffin cups with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
