  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add grated zucchini, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix well.
  4. Stir in sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add flour and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before slicing.
