Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are spicy, flavorful chicken bites grilled on skewers.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Serve with dipping sauce for extra flavor.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
