Bang Bang Chicken Sliders are spicy, flavorful chicken sandwiches served on mini buns.

- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- Slider buns
- Shredded lettuce
- Sliced cucumbers
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken in the flour mixture.
- Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Mix mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce in a bowl.
- Assemble sliders with chicken, sauce, lettuce, and cucumber on buns.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
- Use grilled chicken for a lighter option.
- Can be served with pickles for extra crunch.
