Spicy and flavorful bang bang chicken sliders, perfect for a quick meal or party.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 slider buns
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and garlic powder.
- Add shredded chicken to the sauce and mix well.
- Toast slider buns lightly.
- Place lettuce and carrots on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with the bang bang chicken mixture.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha to taste for spice level.
- Serve with extra sauce on the side.
