- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
Instructions
- Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken thighs in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken thighs until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, and sriracha.
- Toss fried chicken in the sauce before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
