  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken thighs in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry chicken thighs until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, and sriracha.
  7. Toss fried chicken in the sauce before serving.
