Description
Banoffee pie is a delicious dessert that combines bananas, cream, and toffee on a biscuit base.

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 397g can of condensed milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 300ml double cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Boil the condensed milk in a saucepan for 30 minutes to make toffee.
- Spread the toffee over the cooled biscuit base.
- Slice the bananas and layer them on top of the toffee.
- Whip the double cream and spread it over the bananas.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Chill the pie before serving for best results.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
