BBQ bacon chicken quesadillas are a delicious blend of flavors wrapped in a crispy tortilla.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, and chopped bacon in a bowl.
- Place a tortilla in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle half of the tortilla with cheese.
- Add a portion of the chicken mixture on top of the cheese.
- Top with more cheese and fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook until the cheese melts and the tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice and serve hot.
