- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and half of the BBQ sauce.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
- Assemble the burgers with pickles, onions, and remaining BBQ sauce.
- Serve hot.

- Use lean ground beef for less fat.
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings.
