A delicious blend of BBQ chicken and creamy mac and cheese.

- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked macaroni, shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, milk, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Melt butter and drizzle over the breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Use your favorite BBQ sauce for added flavor.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
