Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

- Substitute ground beef with ground turkey for a lighter option.
