Description
A hearty beef and macaroni soup with vegetables.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni and reduce heat. Simmer until macaroni is tender.
- Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- This soup freezes well.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
