Beef Dorito Casserole is a crowd-pleasing favorite that combines layers of beef, cheese, and Doritos.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (10 oz) Doritos, crushed
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the taco seasoning, black beans, and diced tomatoes. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos.
- Spread the beef mixture over the Doritos.
- Add half of the shredded cheese on top.
- Spread the sour cream over the cheese.
- Add the remaining beef mixture and top with the remaining cheese and crushed Doritos.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat.
- Use any cheese you prefer.
