A hearty beef lombardi casserole that’s easy to prepare and satisfying.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Mix in the cooked pasta.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
